Stop guessing.
Start grading.
From the one-truck flipper to the multi-warehouse sales rep โ LoadGrade tells you what every pallet's really worth, where each item should go, how long it'll take to sell, and how much you'd leave on the table by bidding it wrong. The operator's tool the big guys wish they had ten years ago.
14-day free trial. No card up front. Solo $49/mo ยท Team $149/mo. Cancel anytime, no song and dance.
What's it cost you to keep guessing?
Sliders update liveTwo leaks every operator has: overpaying on bad bids, and slow turn on inventory. Adjust the sliders to match your shop. The yearly number is what disappears without you noticing.
That's about $1,467/mo โ the math behind why LoadGrade Solo at $49/mo pays for itself the first week.
Where the money quietly walks out
Every operator's books leak in the same nine places. We don't plug them with another spreadsheet โ we put each one on its own gauge.
Bidding blind
Without a number behind the load, you bid emotional. Overpay 8% on a $1,500 pallet six times a month โ that's $8,640 a year, gone before you notice.
Gating roulette on Amazon
You list 80 items, 30 are gated for YOUR account. Now you've got dead inventory in 'Hold' bins and a return-to-supplier you can't reroute. We pre-check against your seller ID before the bid.
eBay sold-comp gut
Comp data is locked behind Terapeak. You guess. We pull active comps + your own historical sell-through and pin a real anchor price by category + condition.
Slow sell-through tax
Apparel pallet that should turn in 30 days sits 4 months. Warehouse space tied up. Capital tied up. Engine forecasts days-to-sell per channel so you only buy what'll move.
Pre-sell missed
You don't know margin until items hit shelves. Know channel-by-channel projected net before the auction ends โ line up in-house buyers or FB auctions BEFORE the truck rolls.
Staffing surprises
Pallet shows up Tuesday, you've got nobody Tuesday. Engine projects labor hours by channel mix + condition so you schedule right โ and know when to skip the auction altogether.
Slot-on-unload chaos
Items pile while someone decides what goes where. Engine pre-assigns every item to a slot before the truck arrives. Scan, slap, stick. Done.
Source ROI blindness
You buy from 5 marketplaces, 12 sellers, 8 categories. Which combos actually print? Per-source heatmap tells you to double down on Costco apparel and skip Target electronics.
Rep + load tracking by hand
Tracking sales in spreadsheets costs you a part-time job at $22/hr fully loaded. Sellerboard-style per-load P&L drops the manual hours to zero.
Numbers shown are conservative โ actual leakage scales with your volume. All gauges live or shipping this month.

Engine grades the load
A-F letter grade. Channel mix. Max bid (risk-adjusted). Per-item routing with hard vetoes on the wrong moves. Live-adjustable parameters.
You decide. Track. Repeat.
Bid it, lose it, win it, pass on it. Lifecycle kanban from Considering through Closed. Budget guardrails prevent the 2 AM overbid.
From flipper to seven figures โ the hard way
The founder went from buying one truck a month at the local auction yard to running a multi-million-dollar liquidation operation. Nine years. A hundred expensive mistakes. Every wrong bid, every gating surprise, every slow turn โ now encoded as a rule in the engine so you don't have to live it twice.
Most software in this space was written by engineers who've never unloaded a pallet. LoadGrade was written by someone who has unloaded a lot of pallets โ including the ones that should have been left on the dock.

From the shop floor
Real operators, real loads, real numbers. Identifying details lightly scrubbed โ these folks are still bidding on the auctions they tell us about.
โI'd been buying Costco apparel off B-Stock for two years and ate it on a $1,400 pallet last August when half of it turned out to be brands I wasn't ungated for. LoadGrade flagged the exact same shape of load last month before I bid. It's the only piece of software I check before every auction now.โ
โI was tracking everything in six spreadsheets. The load-level P&L showed me my Target electronics ROI was 11% while my Costco apparel was 47%. Six months of buying Target had been quietly eating my margin. Stopped that, doubled down on apparel, up $4K in three months.โ
โBiggest unlock for me is the channel mix BEFORE the truck arrives. I pull the grade, see 30% of the items want eBay, and I list those off the manifest before the freight even ships. By the time we unload I've got five eBay orders queued. Cuts my receive-to-cash from 14 days to 4.โ
โI was scared to go over $800 on any pallet because I'd been burned a few times. Two months on LoadGrade and I bid $1,400 on a manifest that scored A. Made $2,100 net in 18 days. The confidence to push my bid ceiling pays for the year.โ
โThe slot routing alone saved my Saturday. Used to lose three hours just deciding where stuff goes. Now my guy scans, the slot prints on the sticker, done. Got my weekend back. Wife's a fan.โ
โThe comp anchor stopped me from underpricing a box of Yeti tumblers โ I was about to list them at $35. Engine pinged the typical clear range was $58-72. Listed at $65, sold out in four days. One save like that and the year's paid for.โ

Common questions
Do I need an Amazon / eBay seller account to use this?โผ
No. The Solo plan grades manifests and exports decision CSVs you can act on however you want. Marketplace OAuth + auto-listing ships in the Team plan and later phases.
What manifest formats work?โผ
CSV, XLSX, anything with columns for UPC, title, quantity, MSRP, and condition. We auto-detect column headers. Messy formats from B-Stock, Direct Liquidation, Liquidation.com, BULQ all parse cleanly.
How does the grade work?โผ
A-F letter grade based on projected ROI, projected margin, and risk score. Risk factors include hazmat %, oversized %, unknown UPC %, gated brand %, and used-condition %. The grade is whole-load โ losers included โ because operators take the truck as one package.
Who built this and why should I trust the numbers?โผ
LoadGrade was built by an operator who went from one truck a month to a seven-figure liquidation operation over nine years. The engine encodes the actual rules he learned in the field โ how much condition really erodes margin, which brands are gated for new sellers, when to skip an Amazon channel for in-house, what realistic sell-through looks like by category. Not theory. Practice.
Can I try before I buy?โผ
Yes โ 14-day free trial, no credit card. Sign up and grade as many real manifests as you want during the trial.
Is my data shared with other customers?โผ
No. Every customer's data is isolated by organization. Aggregate, anonymized data may inform engine improvements in the future โ opt-in only.
